Why Firelight Exists

Every construction client in Kano has a story. A contractor who disappeared mid-job. An invoice that arrived 40% above the quote with no explanation. A crack in the wall three months after handover, and a phone number that no longer connects.

Firelight Construction Services was built because that pattern is not inevitable. It is the result of an industry that has never been asked to put its commitments in writing.

What That Means in Practice

Before any money changes hands, you receive an itemized bill of quantities: labor, materials, contingency, every line. You sign a fixed-price contract. You agree a milestone schedule. We agree a penalty clause if we miss the date.

During the project, you receive photo and video updates at every milestone. You can walk the site any day. If a problem arises, there is a documented complaints procedure and a single person responsible: us.

At handover, you receive a formal completion certificate and a 12-month Defects Liability Period in writing. If something fails within that period, we fix it at our cost.

Our Services

We offer the full construction lifecycle: design, build, repair, renovation, project supervision, and real estate services. From an ₦800K tiling job to a ₦200M residential development, the process is the same: a signed contract, a fixed price, and our name on the line.

Operating in Kano

We are based in Kano and focused on Kano. We know the suppliers, the labor market, the permit process, and the material cost pressures that informal contractors use to justify overruns. We price those in upfront.
